This Privacy Policy describes how Sports Data Systems (“Sports Bets Nation,” “SBN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you visit sportsbetsnation.com (the “Site”). Sports Bets Nation is an independent sports betting media and analysis publisher. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

The Site is intended only for individuals who are of legal sports wagering age (21 years or older) in jurisdictions where sports betting is lawful. It is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect information from, anyone under 21.

6. Your Analytics and Opt-Out Choices

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. You can opt out of Google Analytics on all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and you can manage Google ad personalization through Google My Ad Center.
